Our customer service is second to none, especially our communication and follow up on your order status. We specialize in a wedding line of products that includes Swarovski crystal monogram cake toppers and accessories (such as bridal clutches, champagne flutes, cake cutter/server sets, cake band/ribbon, garters, headpieces etc…) as well as items for everyday use. We can custom crystallize just about everything!
You can custom order your topper by choosing from a variety of fonts, sizes, and a full line of Swarovski Crystal color chart. We offer prices that fit with every bride’s budget. With a lead time of only two to three weeks you can get your customize cake topper in time for your wedding.

When orders are placed, we will ask for billing information to complete your purchase. Your billing name, address, and purchase details are retained in our secure databases. We do not store or mail your credit card numbers. Credit card details are processed via a secure gateway. If you prefer, we have provided several alternate methods for online purchasing of our products and services: You may mail in your payment, or request a traditional phone call to obtain your credit card details. If using the PayPal service to checkout, all billing information is provided once you are passed off to their secure transaction servers at PayPal. They handle everything.
Use of Information
All information collected by our online ordering system is used solely for in house ordering and transaction management: to register your products, to resolve billing issues, to mail you receipts, invoices, special access codes to our developer areas. We do not use our ordering system's information, i.e., email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, for anything outside what is required to complete transactions. We do not use any of your information to mail unsolicited mail.

The personal information you have provided us and information about your order will not be shared, sold, or given to any third party invested in the business of marketing, or collecting marketing information. Note: When paying by credit card, your charge and payment information is processed via our merchant services account.
It is the intention of Chic Sparkles to prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of all state, federal, and international laws. We will provide any and all transactional information, including (but not limited to) all trace information to the purchasing computer, to State, Federal and International Authorities, including the FBI, The Department of Justice, The Federal Trade Commission, and the National White Collar Crime Center.
All of the items that we offer are custom made therefore we do not offer any type of refund or credit for unused or returned items. We will send a replacement for the item that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. We must be notified within 5 business days upon receipt of the product if it arrives defective or damaged. Feel free to contact us direct with any questions you may have about our products.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery time. Chic Sparkles has free shipping insurance included in the shipping costs on products that are delicate and fragile. International shipping is available. Please contact us about any shipping questions and inquires.
